Pedro Chavez Jr.
Pedro Chavez Jr. speaks from lived experience, not theory. He grew up without stability, spent his high school years homeless, and survived abuse that should have broken him. Instead, he chose a different path. He joined the Army, served through injury, and carried the weight that many veterans know too well when the uniform comes off.
For years he fought through uncertainty and loss, rebuilding himself step by step until he found a new purpose. That journey took him from survival to leadership, from broken places to boardrooms, and from silence to a voice that now helps others stand up in their own lives.
Today Pedro is a Vice President of Engineering, a nonprofit founder, and a mentor who teaches resilience through clarity, discipline, and honest self-reflection. His keynotes blend personal truth with real-world leadership lessons shaped in the military, in industry, and in the moments when giving up seemed easier than continuing.
He reminds audiences that your past does not define your ceiling. Your decisions do. His story is proof that you can rise from circumstances you never chose and build a life you are proud to lead.
