Urban Mobility

This concept vehicle was developed as part of my work as an electrification consultant supporting a startup mobility company based in Italy. The team set out to address a growing problem in dense urban environments where traditional delivery vans struggle with congestion, emissions regulations, and limited parking. My role focused on guiding the vehicle’s electrified architecture and packaging strategy to ensure the platform could deliver reliable performance while maintaining an extremely compact footprint. The design centers on a small, highly maneuverable electric platform built specifically for last mile logistics, allowing operators to navigate narrow streets, restricted city zones, and high traffic areas with ease. By combining efficient electric propulsion with a purpose-built urban delivery form factor, the concept demonstrates how targeted vehicle design can improve delivery efficiency while reducing emissions and congestion in modern city centers.
